Checking in is simple enough; one of the lovely staff members will direct you to your comfy abode for the night.

Lindenderry is comprised of 40 luxe boutique rooms;  a beautiful restaurant featuring local artisanal produce; and a stunning wedding reception space fit for a fairytale princess.

The rooms on offer are quaint with modern furnishings, encapsulating the romance of Lindenderry. Ranging from courtyard rooms to balcony suites, each room has its own character and charm that make Lindenderry a truly unique stay away.

Checking into a garden room, it was delightful to find the beautiful Victorian fireplace alight, whilst a bottle of red promptly awaited.

The comfort of all guests Is paramount at Lindenderry, and this is effortlessly evident within the tiniest of details in each room; from the beautiful amenities to the latest in-room technology (Netflix was a sheer delight).

If the weather is on your side, it’s highly recommended to go out and explore the gardens of the estate. Commonly a backdrop for weddings, the gardens at Lindenderry are reminiscent of a fairy-tale story. Shrouded with vineyards and local monuments, picnics are often had during the warmer months.

A stop-by The Dining Room restaurant is a must! For foodies and wine buffs alike, the 5-course degustation with paired wines comes highly recommended. Starters feature steak tartare and duck liver parfait; mains entail Petuna ocean trout and roasted quail – seamlessly paired with beautiful whites and reds.

If a night away at Lindenderry isn’t possible, at the very least a trip to The Dining Room for lunch (or dinner) would be an experience well worth the drive.
